Guildford railway station is a station on the South line, Sydney of the CityRail network. It services the residential suburb of Guildford. The station has two side platforms.

The station is served by two trains per hour with additional services in weekday peak hours. Cumberland line trains operate only on weekday peak hours. A new overhead bridge with lifts on either side, has been constructed.

Platform 1:

South Line - all stations and limited stops services to Granville, Lidcombe, Central and the City Circle (clockwise).
Cumberland Line - all stations services to Blacktown.

Platform 2:

South Line - all stations and limited stops services to Glenfield and Campbelltown.
Cumberland Line - all stations services to Campbelltown.

The side platforms have access to the adjacent streets and are connected by a subway ramp, giving this station limited Easy Access for wheelchairs.

Veolia Transport runs two routes via Guildford railway station:

Route 906 - Between Fairfield and Parramatta.
Route 916 - Chester Hill.

Hopkinsons also run services to Guildford west and Parramatta. They operate on the west side, as opposed to the east side by Veolia.

NightRide runs one route via Guildford railway station:

Route N60 - Between Fairfield station and City(Town Hall).
