[edit] Elvis

"Gresley Rovers' official club mascot is Elvis Gresley - a hound dog. Born in August 2001, he joined the football club in August 2004." - Going by the photo, Elvis is not a real dog but a man in a costume, so how could he have been "born" in 2001? I'm presuming that it wasn't a three-year-old wearing the costume when he debuted in 2004.... ChrisTheDude 13:50, 4 January 2007 (UTC)

  • Youi obviously do not have a sense of humour. Elvis is a club mascot. 81.146.39.48 12:08, 17 March 2007 (UTC)
    • That reply doesn't appear to answer my question. In the absence of any coherent response, I'm going to treat the "born in 2001" reference as nonsense and remove it ChrisTheDude 21:25, 17 March 2007 (UTC)

The idea was born in 2001

[edit] Merge stadium article

Not sure there's much point in having a separate article for The Moat Ground just yet..can always be split off if/when there's enough verifiable info. Paulbrock 14:00, 6 July 2007 (UTC)

No way should there be a separate article - a complete waste of time.

I disagree. The Stadio Del Whippet is one of the finest examples of football stadiums that you are likely to see anywhere in the whole wide world. Evah! It not only deserves it's own Wiki article, it truly truly deserves a whole website devoted to its architectural beauty. www.whippets-ski-slope.co.uk

I agree, merge it for now until there's more information. Mattmansfield 10:49, 31 August 2007 (UTC)

Agree - currently not enough info to warrant a separate article. Dancarney 13:00, 3 December 2007 (UTC)
