[edit] Aims

Our aims in the short term are to achieve the following:

Our long term aims for the project are:
  • Improving all Wikipedia articles that are concerned with Derbyshire, including its history, geography, people, constructions and buildings etc,
  • All relevant articles should be included in the Category:Derbyshire or one of its subcategories,
  • All Derbyshire related articles should be tagged, and then assessed. A task force for this will follow soon...

[edit] Participants

You don't need to be from Derbyshire to help with this WikiProject. We welcome editors good with layout and prose, and non-Derbyshire editors who can point out when we've wrongly assumed we don't need to explain or define something for the reader, or failed to properly establish the context of an article. We ask that users be registered, and are familiar with Wikipedia's various policies.

Add yourself to our list of participants here.

[edit] Assessment and progress of articles

Below is a bot generated table of the assessment process of WikiProject Derbyshire supported articles. See also Wikipedia:WikiProject Derbyshire/Assessment. The stats are generated automatically every 2-3 days, but they can be updated manually by entering Derbyshire (and replacing Foobar) into the Category box here.

As of 31 September 2007, we have assessed 100% of all articles with a project banner.
(Many article talk pages require banners however)
