[edit] Possible copyvio problem

This article is nearly a verbatim copy of the NASA biography.[1] Wikifying this article should at least repair some of the egregious similarities. If nothing is done I'll be marking this article as a copyright violation. Suttungr (talk) 22:29, 1 June 2008 (UTC)

NASA biographies are in the public domain as a product of the United States federal government. Hence this article is not a copyright violation, although the article could use improvements. -MBK₀₀₄ 22:50, 1 June 2008 (UTC)

Right, the NASA bio is public domain, and the same applies to images and other media produced by federal government employees. Suttungur, if you doubt this, see the "Upload file" link, to the left, and note the "It is from a U.S. federal government source" category for allowed uploads. Studerby (talk) 19:02, 4 June 2008 (UTC)
