Gregorio Del Pilar is a 5th class municipality in the province of Ilocos Sur, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 4,134 people in 811 households. This municipality is named after the young general named Gregorio del Pilar who fought to the death against the Americans at Tirad Pass.
