Greg Paterson (born September 16, 1989) is a Scottish professional football player currently with Dunfermline Athletic in the Scottish First Division.

Paterson signed for Dunfermline Athletic from Rangers Youth team in 2005. He is yet to make an appearance for the First Division side.
