Grand Belial's Key, a black metal band, was formed in 1992 by guitarist Gelal Necrosodomy and vocalist Lord Vlad Luciferian. Lord Vlad Luciferian was later ejected from the group due to internal differences. Grand Belial's Key is known as one of the first American black metal bands. The band was signed to DRAKKAR Productions until their disbanding due to the death of their most recent vocalist, Richard P. Mills. Mills, who also went by Grimnir Wotansvolk and G. Heretik, was the owner of the American black metal record label and distributor Vinland Winds.Richard was the grandson of Alice du Pont Mills thoroughbred race horse breeder and owner, environmentalist, philanthropist and a member of the prominent Du Pont family.
