Graham Technology is a privately-owned software development company based in Scotland, that has grown from an integration consultancy into one of the largest process management providers in the UK [1] . Founded in 1986 by Iain and Sheena Graham, Graham Technology now specialise in providing contact centre software solutions and services, providing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to its blue chip customer base.
With a background in systems integration, Graham Technology grew to specialise in business process modeling using their proprietary GT-X software product. This allowed Graham Technology's customers to develop software solutions that modelled their own business processes, using a suite of tools coupled with a run-time process engine. In 2006 Graham Technology made a strategic shift when they launched ciboodle, their CRM software platform for contact centre[2]. Underpinned by the business process engine, ciboodle encapsulates different aspects of processes into a single, standardised platform.

With over 300 employees worldwide, Graham Technology is located near Glasgow in Scotland. Headquartered in the Grade-A Listed India of Inchinnan building in Renfrewshire, Graham Technology also has offices around the world, including Ireland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia and the Netherlands. Graham Technology is beginning to expand its presence into North America[3] where a number of large projects have been completed[4].

The software product ciboodle is Graham Technology’s flagship. This product aims to offer the complete customer contact kit. ciboodle uses the principles of business process management (BPM) to drive customer satisfaction, increase efficiency, and enable both flexibility and speed of change. These generic benefits are part of a larger engagement model which seeks to not only fit existing organisation processes, but also to examine existing business processes and derive—using industry and product-development experience and techniques—a best practice level of customer interaction. [5] Graham Technology’s 20 years of experience allows them to support ciboodle with their business process engine GT-X. [6]
The product ciboodle is not industry specific: Graham Technology has customers in a number of industries, including financial services, utilities, telecommunications, and retailing.[7]
