Goutetsu didn't develop the shungokusatsu, he only spoke about it briefly to his students, and only Gouki has mastered it. This is from Gouki's Zero 2 account seen in the SFZ2 Gamest Mook, the book All About Street Fighter Zero 2, and other sources.Vasili10 01:41, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
