Gordon Pope (born April 2, 1989) is a Scottish footballer who currently plays in defence for Dundee United. Irvine-born Pope, who signed a professional contract with the club in April 2006,[1] has previously been listed as a substitute for the first team but is yet to make a senior appearance. Despite this, Pope made his Scotland under-19 debut in October 2007, playing in a 1-0 defeat against Ukraine,[2] appearing alongside United team mate Ryan McCord.
