Gmina Komprachcice is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Opole County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Komprachcice, which lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) south-west of the regional capital Opole.

The gmina covers an area of 55.87 square kilometres (21.6 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 11,249.
