Gmina Dobrzeń Wielki is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Opole County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Dobrzeń Wielki, which lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) north-west of the regional capital Opole.

The gmina covers an area of 91.42 square kilometres (35.3 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 14,049.
