Giuseppe Alberti

Giuseppe Alberti (1664-1730) was an Italian painter of the Baroque period. He was born at Cavalese in the Tyrol, after having studied medicine at Padua determined to become a painter and architect. He worked under Pietro Liberi at Venice, and then at Rome, and then settled at Trieste. Alberti died at Cavalese.
