Girjet (Gestion Aerea Ajecutiva, SL) was an airline based in Barcelona, Spain. It operated charter services. Its main base is Barcelona International Airport.[1]

The airline was established on 28 February 2003 and started operations on 31 July 2003.[1] It now flies by own and for other operators such as Spanair. It also makes cargo flights with a Boeing 747.
One of their planes a B757 was impounded in Chad in October 2007 and the crew arrested due to accusations of human trafficking of minors.
Finally, crew was absolved 9 November 2007 by the Justice Court of Yamena [2]
Around the 13th December 2007 EC-JOM, a Fokker F100 was impounded at Manchester Airport for an unknown reason. [1]
in April 2008, Girjet has lost its Air Operating Licence and was grounded.
