User talk:Gimme danger/Buddhism rewrite

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I hope you don't mind my doing rewriteds directly into your text, but some things might be done differently with a different arrangement. I'm trying to see if I can make your arrangement work. Peter jackson 11:16, 22 August 2007 (UTC)

Of course not, that's what I was hoping you do. Thanks for the help. --Gimme danger 15:35, 22 August 2007 (UTC)

OK, I've roughed out the rewrite now. It's a lot more balanced, and I've deleted some material where one section was trespassing on another's territory. There's still a lot of work needed, but perhaps it's now time to put this in as the main article. That might encourage others to do some work on it instead of leaving me to do everything. I intended to ask you, what can I do to help you? I'm not particularly knowledgeable about the topic, so I can't really help with clarifying, but I can do a copy-edit. I'm going to the library later today. I'll get a print-out of the article and sit down with it and my red pen, but is there anything else that you can think of? With your expertise, I don't want you to waste time on gnomish things that I could do, so just ask. And thank you again for the great work that you've done with this; it looks immeasurably better than before. --Gimme danger 15:25, 4 September 2007 (UTC)
This reply is too late for the purpose, but in any case I can't think of anything that someone with your experience of this sort of thing wouldn't think of. There are obviously all sorts of things you can do, but I'd also like some response from other people who know something about Buddhism. Peter jackson 11:26, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
