[edit] Cleanup

I just cleaned this article up a bit. It tended to occasionally mention an idea, then veer off topic. Also, cleaned up some punctuation, sentence structure, grammar and spelling errors. It's not fully cleaned up, but is significantly improved. Kel - Ex-web.god (talk) 00:24, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
