State Route 241 is a north-south state route located entirely in Decatur County in extreme southwest Georgia. The route begins at Florida State Road 65 at the Georgia-Florida state line and travels northeast. Shortly after, the route intersects Georgia State Route 309, before continuing northeast to its northern terminus at U.S. Route 27 Business/State Route 1 Business in downtown Attapulgus.
