Gentle Strength Quarterly is a journal of the fine arts published four times a year in Encino, California. Established in late 2005 by publisher Trumanji and founding editor David Kowalczyk, it has featured poets, writers, and artists from across the globe and drawn high praise from writers such as the poet William Heyen and the editor of the noteworthy small press BOA Editions, Thom Ward, as well as from Hollywood producer (Festival Express, Fast Food Nation) Ann Carli. GSQ is currently edited by Leilani Squire.
