Genêts is a village and commune in the Manche département of north-western France. As of 1999, it had a population of 439.

The Manoir de Brion, an ancient Benedictine priory of the abbey of Mont Saint-Michel is located nearby. It was founded in 1137 by the Christian mystic, Saint Bernard of Clairvaux. Several kings and members of the royal court stayed at Manoir de Brion while on pilgrimage to Mont Saint-Michel, including King Charles VI in 1393, Louis XI in 1462 and François I in 1532. The English writer, Vincent Cronin, currently resides there with his wife, Chantal.
