Gawsworth

Gawsworth is a civil parish and village in the Borough of Macclesfield, Cheshire, England.
The country houses Gawsworth Old Hall, Gawsworth New Hall and Gawsworth Old Rectory are in the village. Pevsner states "There is nothing in Cheshire to compare with the loveliness of the church above the pool and the three great houses and one small house grouped around two further pools".[1]
