Eaton is a village and civil parish in the Borough of Macclesfield, Cheshire, England. According to the 2001 census, the population of the civil parish was 289.[1] It lies at the sounternmost part of the Borough, so that Congleton in the nearby Borough of Congleton is the nearest large town.
