[edit] DOB

The League Managers Association profile has date of birth as 03/08/1954, not 14/11/1954?.

My mistake. The LMA date is correct. I've corrected the article's error. Slumgum 12:47, 12 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Style of play

Peters was NOT responsible for changing Preston NE's style to short passing from long-ball. John Beck did that at Chesterfield on November 26 1994 shortly before his resignation.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.199.5.157 (talk • contribs)

The LMA profile says Peters is responsible. It is quite a claim to suggest the club's style was changed in one game, but I respect your claim enough to alter the article. It does not now suggest that Peters instigated the change, rather that the Beck style had been long ball and the Peters style was passing. Ironic that Peters is now credited with the reverse at Shrewsbury.  Sʟυмgυм • т  c  19:18, 26 May 2007 (UTC)
