[edit] Image:Peter mokaba.jpg

Is this image really your own work? It was uploaded to the Russian Wikipedia without an original copyright notice and I marked it as disputed. --Boleslav1 18:27, 25 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Image:Green point stadium 4.jpg

Same question. Is this image really your own work? I see it appears on http://www.greenpointcommon.co.za too. Zaian 15:42, 18 April 2007 (UTC)

I have removed the public domain tag from this image and it is now marked for deletion unless the copyright status is resolved. If you are the author and have the right to release it into the public domain, you need to support this, otherwise it looks like it was just lifted from a website. Zaian 07:51, 30 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] License tagging for Image:Greenpoint.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Greenpoint.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 21:08, 15 September 2007 (UTC)

I've fix up the fair use for that image but if you could add any extra information to the {{logo fur}} template that would be great! --Chris 12:20, 26 November 2007 (UTC)
