I'd like to propose changing the layout of this template. I think it could be made more readable if it were formatted a little differently.

This is the current template.
It's presented as a table that contains a number of sub-tables. Each sub-table has the team name as a heading with the driver names underneath. It's difficult to distinguish between team names and driver names except for a font change.

Here are some suggestions that I think will make the table more readable. The first one comes from the Formula One article.

With a larger number of teams, this template may look cluttered but it looks more like a standard navbox.
