Frogholt is a hamlet near Folkestone in Kent, England. There are eight houses in Frogholt; one of these, Old Kent Cottage, is about 750 years old and is reputed to be the oldest cottage in Kent^{[citation needed]}. The hamlet is part of a conservation area and lies very close to the larger village of Newington, Shepway.
