Sir Frederick Edward Gould Lambart, 9th Earl of Cavan PC (21 October 1839 – 14 July 1900).
The title Earl of Cavan was created in the Peerage of Ireland in 1647 for Charles Lambart, 2nd Baron Lambart

In 1886 he was The Vice-Chamberlain of the Household in the Liberal Government, and sworn as a Privy Councillor.
