Frank Dennis Sando (born March 14, 1931) is a retired track and field athlete, who represented Great Britain at two consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1952.
He won the bronze medal at the 1954 European Championships in Berne, Switzerland in the men's 10.000 metres, behind Emil Zátopek (Czechoslovakia) and József Kovács (Hungary).
