Frank Herbold was an American college football coach at the University of Idaho and Oregon State University.
[edit] Collegiate coaching
Herbold's first head collegiate coaching position was at the University of Idaho. From 1900 to 1901 he coached the Vandals, where he compiled a 4-2-1 record.
In 1902, Herbold left the University of Idaho to become the head coach for the Oregon State Beavers. He served as the head coach for just one season. He went 4-1-1 in that season.
Herbold's overall record in his three seasons stands at 8-3-2.
