"For My Lady" is a 1973 single by the English progressive rock band The Moody Blues. It was written by band member Ray Thomas and was first released on the 1972 album Seventh Sojourn. It later appeared on the B-side of the single I'm Just a Singer (In a Rock and Roll Band) in 1973. It is also one of the most popular Moody Blues song written by Ray Thomas, along with "Legend of a Mind", and "Veteran Cosmic Rocker."
