Hi there, thanks for the information. You can't copy and paste press releases into Wikipedia articles as that is a copyright violation. If you would like to include the information from those two sources you can rewrite it in your own words (in encyclopedic style, rather than the self-promoting style of a company press release) and then use footnotes to cite the references that the information came from. For more information have a look at WP:Sources and WP: Citing Sources. I also have several examples of the format for in-text refs on my user page as well!
