The shown flag of Khakassia isn't in use any more. They got a new one adopted (2003). See nl:Vlag van Chakassië 86.82.71.57 10:48, 13 April 2006 (UTC)

The lead correctly states that there are 88 federal subjects in Russia. The table, however, still shows the flags of both Perm Oblast and Permyakia, and omits Perm Krai.
