Flavor Spray is a diet aid invented by Chef David Burke, known for his inventive recipes at New York City restaurant Davidburke & Donatella.
Flavor Sprays mimic the taste of high-calorie foods but have no fat, calories, or carbohydrates. The invention was listed by Time magazine as one of the best new products of 2005.
