The former flag of the Republika Srpska is based on the red-blue-white Serbian tricolour.
The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has voted against the use of the current flag of the Federation declaring it unconstitutional.[1]
Several alternative flags have been put forward, but a decision is still pending.
Republika Srpska is part of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which has its own flag.
