- February 29 - At the 2008 World Junior Figure Skating Championships in Sofia, Bulgaria, Emily Samuelson & Evan Bates (USA) win the ice dancing event, with Vanessa Crone & Paul Poirier (CAN) winning the silver, and Kristina Gorshkova & Vitali Butikov (RUS) winning the bronze.
- February 28 - At the 2008 World Junior Figure Skating Championships in Sofia, Bulgaria, Adam Rippon (USA) wins the men's event, with Artem Borodulin (RUS) winning the silver, and Guan Jinlin (CHN) winning the bronze.
- February 27 - At the 2008 World Junior Figure Skating Championships in Sofia, Bulgaria, Ksenia Krasilnikova & Konstantin Bezmaternikh (RUS) win the pairs event, with Lubov Iliushechkina & Nodari Maisuradze (RUS) winning the silver, and Dong Huibo & Wu Yiming (CHN) winning the bronze.
