Talk:Fibular collateral ligament

Yes I agree as they are different names for the same ligament. Peter Hughes (medical student)

[edit] LCL and Cycling

This ligament is often sore for intermediate cyclists, and proper stretching is usually neglected.

Not sure if this merits the front page. To stretch, assume a crossed position with your legs like you have to pee. The back leg will be the one you are stretching (bend your pelvis here and there to get the hang of it). This can also be done while lying down. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 24.193.47.228 (talk) 21:54, 28 April 2007 (UTC).

  • Thanks for the tips on stretching. I came to this page because I seem to have injured my LCL and was looking for ways to stretch/strengthen. Any tips anyone has would be great. Thanks!
