FBOP Corporation is a bank holding company based in Oak Park, Illinois. As of the end of 2007, it had $14.9 billion in assets and was the 49th largest bank holding company in the United States.[2] The company has over 4064 employees.[1] The holding company began as First Bank of Oak Park, and started acquiring other banks in 1990. In 2006, First Bank of Oak Park merged with four other co-owned banks in Illinois to create Park National Bank.[3] FBOP operates banks in Illinois, California, Texas and Arizona.
