Fatellapur is a census town in Murshidabad district in the state of West Bengal, India.

As of 2001 India census[1], Fatellapur had a population of 5574. Males constitute 49% of the population and females 51%. Fatellapur has an average literacy rate of 50%, lower than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 59%, and female literacy is 41%. In Fatellapur, 21% of the population is under 6 years of age.
