Corrected some errors in the treatment section.

Tried to clarify relationship between Fanconi and pRTA, removed Sjogrens as a cause (it causes dRTA)and Hidradenitis suppurativa as a clinical feature, which I am unaware of-if I'm wrong, then apologies.I have RTA on my 'to do ' list, will get round to it soon.Felix-felix 10:24, 15 July 2006 (UTC)
