[edit] Copyright violation in History Section

This section read like a personal essay. So I searched on several of the phrases in the section and found that most of the content in the section had been copied from Town of Fallsburg website This website has a very clear copyright notice. So I removed the whole section since Wikipedia does not allow copyrighted material. I suggest that an interested editor, rewrite this section, perhaps using the material as a reference.
