I have assessed this as Start Class, because it contains more detail and organization than would be expected from a Stub Class, and of low importance, as I do not feel many people outside of the field of education would be familiar with the subject of the article. Which one? The source is unclear. It's possible somebody with access to the Globe and Mail archives from the 1890s could figure it out, but the source I used is unclear. WilyD 13:20, 9 November 2007 (UTC)
