[edit] Articles for Deletion: Holophonor and Planet Express Ship

As pointed out by Stardust8212, both the Planet Express Ship and Holophonor articles are currently marked for deletion. Your comments thereon would be really appreciated. DrWho42 06:33, 26 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Wikipedia:WikiProject:Firearms

I was wondering if you would be interested in joining the Wikiproject Firearms. I know you have experience in the subject matter, and several reference books that would come in handy. We focus on civilian weapons, but work in the areas in military firearms as well.--LWF 03:59, 21 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Nimbus (Futurama)

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Nimbus (Futurama), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you agree with the deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add {{db-author}} to the top of Nimbus (Futurama). [edit] AfD nomination of Planet Express Ship

Planet Express Ship, an article you created, has been nominated for deletion. We appreciate your contributions. However, an editor does not feel that Planet Express Ship satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in the nomination space (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and the Wikipedia deletion policy). Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Planet Express Ship (2nd nomination) and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of Planet Express Ship during the discussion but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. Judgesurreal777 (talk) 02:43, 27 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] M-1 Carbine Revert War

The M1 carbine article is currently on lock down. An administrator has requested some discussion from memeber of the Firearms Wikiproject. Can you take a look? Sf46 (talk) 19:09, 6 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Filipino Veterans Fairness Act

Regarding your partial reversion of my edits to Filipino Veterans Fairness Act with the edit summary "Fix the format if you wish, but dont change the sources themselves)", when I found a book listed in Google Books with the same ISBN as the pre-change article gave, a book by the same authors and with a slightly-expanded version of the title used in the pre-change version of the article, I presumed that was the same source that the pre-change article was trying to reference. I used the info which Google Books has for the book with that ISBN. See this. I'll remove this article from my watchlist. -- Boracay Bill (talk) 05:37, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Oops

Regarding this, oops indeed. Fortunately, sharp-eyed user:SlimVirgin appears to have fixed this here. Thanks for pointing this out. I will try to be more careful in future. -- Boracay Bill (talk) 11:43, 24 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Door breaching

I've attempted to remove the "how-to" tone of the ballistic breaching section, while still adequately documenting the process. Let me know what you think. scot (talk) 15:17, 29 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Cluster bombs

The RRAB-3 does appear to have a third arm, which would validate your assertion that its resemblance to the erect penis is coincidental to the picture. I will refrain from editing that cluster bomb article in such a way any further. 216.26.210.48 (talk) 03:24, 31 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Timothy McVeigh

Hey, I thought that the bomb in Oklahoma City killed 168 people, not 165. It even says so on the Oklahoma City bombing page...

My mistake, edit was correct, but in my defence the editor was a known vandal, though I should havechecked more carefully.
