Eric Skys (born April 19, 1981) is the founder and Chairman of Kaiser Himmel Corporation, a major holding company.

Skys was born in Mainz, Germany to an American mother and German father. He was raised there by his grandfather, who instilled in him, from early childhood, that learning and understanding were imperative to a successful individual. He would read in the family library and listen to radio programs. This proved beneficial, as IQ tests have ranked Skys at the 183 level.^{[citation needed]} At the young age of 10, Skys received his first Apple PowerBook 100 laptop. Fascinated by how the computer and Internet worked, Skys taught himself how to be a hacker. He has since gone by the handle The Kaiser.^{[citation needed]}

At the age of 13, Skys came to the United States to live with his American mother. He went to American public schools and was introduced to a different way of living. He continued with his studies of computer systems and the Internet, mostly working with Artificial Intelligence and security. At age 16 he opened his first company 'Virtual Active Systems'. VAS was started to offer video games and web design. VAS was successful and gave Skys the experience needed for owning a business. VAS ended when Skys decided it was appropriate to further his career.

At age 17 he received his first corporate job with Bulltek LTD. He climbed the ranks within a few short years, becoming the Director of Corporate Security Intelligence Operations and the Chief Technical Officer.^{[citation needed]}

Skys was responsible for the technical and physical security of all aspects of Bulltek LTD. He created C.H.I.P. (Computer Hackers Intelligence Program), an anti-hacker countermeasure program that utilized Artificial Intelligence. This program was used in house at Bulltek LTD to secure all forms of the Corporations IT network.

Through Bulltek LTD, Skys also found himself needing clearance through the United States Marine Corps. He was trained at Camp Pendleton where he learned special operations tactics, enabling him to understand the needs of the soldier so that he could move on to designing and building weapons for the United States government.

In 2003 Eric met his wife, left Bulltek LTD, and moved to Pennsylvania. In 2006 he purchased an anti virus company, BACKSPACE2 Corporation[2]. BACKSPACE2 Corporation exists to help the average computer user to better secure their network. The flagship product of the company is Aedan, an Artificial Intelligence powered antivirus software program. It is a privately held company with 100% of its shares owned by Kaiser Himmel Corporation.

Kaiser Himmel Corporation was established in 1952 and was acquired in 2006 by Skys.^{[citation needed]} Wanting to get out of the IT Security field, Skys decided to open a holding company. Kaiser Himmel Corporation specializes in purchasing technology companies that are in underdeveloped areas and are at risk of failure because of this. Currently, Kaiser Himmel owns a majority interest in several companies with various global locations. Recent business dealings have included Imperiali Inc. ^[2] ^[3]

Currently Skys is working on his next project, 'DEAD FACTOR', a video game he plans to put out for the Playstation3. Dead Factor is currently in the developmental stage.^{[citation needed]}

Skys lives a private life in a small community in southwestern Pennsylvania. He is currently married and has three stepdaughters. He enjoys weapons, flying, sky diving and other extreme sports, video gaming technology, traveling, and is a BMW enthusiast. He can speak German fluently, and understands Russian, Cantonese, Spanish, and French. He also is adept at lip reading and sign language.

Charitable Donations

Skys, in the past has contributed over $30,000.00 to one of the local school districts.

$12,600.00 for six brand new Compaq Laptops with Aedan anti virus, provided to the elementary when the laptops they had were stolen.
$22,000.00 for an Eihwaz secured server.
$6,400.00 for new jerseys for the football team.
$2,000.00 to implement a new reading program in the elementary.
Various small monetary donations for sponsoring sports teams.
Mr. Skys intended to donate $200,000.00 to Rockwood Area School District for the advancement of their sporting facilities however, due to the lack of support from the community, Mr. Skys withdrew his donation.

Mr. Skys has also donated to various international organizations.
