[edit] Welcome

Hi, welcome, thanks for the note. Sorry for reverting without contacting you. The reason it keeps getting reverted (or at least the reason I reverted) was because your edit removed good content along with the bad. If you want to remove something that's out of date, that's of course perfectly ok, but whenever you remove significant material, you should explain why you're doing so in the edit summary, i.e. what's wrong with the material. If we're talking whole paragraphs, you should also put a note on the article's talk page (in this case Talk:Third order) so that other editors know what's going on (it's especially a courtesy to the person who originally added the material). If you want to be really really good, you can actually put a note on the talk page before removing the material, to make sure everyone's ok with the change or to compromise if they're not. In this case, I'd go about the changes gradually, removing the worst bits first, that you know you're on really solid ground about removing. Anyway, thanks for the note! Sorry for removing your good material in my revert, I know that's kind of hypocritical in what I'm saying here. Peace, delldot talk 14:54, 8 May 2007 (UTC)

Please do not add content without citing reliable sources, as you did to Third order. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. — Indon (reply) — 15:03, 8 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Adding the content

Thanks for cooperating and all, sorry folks are being hard on you. I think what you did was OK, but you should also at some point integrate the material into the article so it reads like one, complete article, rather than having your bit tacked on at the end. Let me know if you need help (though, unfortunately, I haven't been around as much lately). I'm always glad to help so drop me a note. Peace, delldot talk 16:39, 8 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Concerning your edits of Secular order

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. You may not know that Wikipedia has a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Using different styles throughout the encyclopedia makes it harder to read. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia.
