[edit] What I'm doing here

I do categorisation, formatting, wikification, spelling corrections and other gnomish things both because it's fun and in order to learn the ropes. I don't for the most part focus on any particular topic, grabbing whatever I can do something with.

I'm also making my way through the mass of policies and guidelines so that I'll be able to contribute properly, and I spend almost as much time reading them as editing. I'm a newbie and expect that I'll be making lots of mistakes, so don't hesitate to correct me.

I'm slowly getting to the point of being bold, but I'm still not bold enough to start an article. It'll be nicely categorised when I do, though.

I'm a jargon junkie, and I sometimes overuse ESL abbreviations (especially when doing lots of edits), but I usually try to keep my summaries newbie friendly.
