It looks from my search as though it's not the same thing as neurilemma. Epineurium is around a whole nerve [1] [2] [3], whereas neurilemma (at least usually) is around an individual axon [4] [5] as described in the article neurolemma.dsws 04:52, 17 December 2005 (UTC)
