English cricket team in Australia in 1990-91

The England cricket team toured Australia in the 1990-91 season to play a five-match Test series against Australia for The Ashes. The team was captained by Graham Gooch.

Australia won the series 3-0 with two matches drawn and therefore retained The Ashes they had won in 1989.

• 1st Test at Brisbane Cricket Ground – Australia won by 10 wickets
• 2nd Test at Melbourne Cricket Ground – Australia won by 8 wickets
• 3rd Test at Sydney Cricket Ground – match drawn
• 4th Test at Adelaide Oval – match drawn
• 5th Test at Western Australia Cricket Association Ground – Australia won by 9 wickets

England also played in the World Series Cup triangular tournament with Australia and New Zealand. England finished third in the table not qualifying for the finals.
