I changed "21-13 days" to "12-13 days" since I assumed it was a typo. / Habj 21:25, 6 November 2005 (UTC)

I partly rewrote the center section and introduced the terms proliferative, secretory, and menstrual endometrium, as these are important to understand the process. I removed part of the discussion about cycle length in dogs and horses as that belongs to the estrous cycle and is not germane to the endometrium itself. The discussion about the horse cycle was transferredto the estrous cycle. Ekem 22:21, 26 November 2005 (UTC)
