I have removed the August date, leaving only the year; this seems consistent with the People's Liberation Army article. --Kaihsu Tai 17:23, 2003 Dec 19 (UTC)
Wow, that was a stupid mistake on my part... generally I am too lazy to proofread my articles on here, except for the obvious "forgot to finish brackets" or "forgot to end emphasis" sort of things... ugen64 03:24, Jan 23, 2004 (UTC)
