Re: Rejection of submission for material on base biography for John M. Budd on grounds subject lacks "notability." Biography fulfills Wikipedia's own existing list of railway presidents (See List of railroad executives) -- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_railroad_executives -- where there was currently no information. Article appears to have met Wikipedia criteria, as same style and information was accepted for biography of Alfred E. Perlman, though that article was reviewed by a different editor.
Suggest you hand over editorial duties to another editor.

- Surely that's a bit extreme! I made a mistake, as everybody does. I'm not going to hand over my editing duties to someone else! I won't just give up my account because I made a single mistake amongst many useful edits. I strongly recommend that you review Wikipedia policy as you clearly have very little understanding of it (in addition to your comment above being against policy, you did not sign your post).
