• I appreciate that you're attempting to improve Wikipedia. Yet, this assessment of an edit of mine is erroneous on several counts:
  1. I've been around for two years,
  2. with more than 10,000 edits.
  3. Further, your assessment of my edit that you commented about was incorrect; it was not an experiment, but a well considered effort (namely, what's so current about a sports season, which may require one edit a day, especially in comparison to thousands of articles that receive 20+ edits a day?).
  4. The tardiness of your own effort, many days later via a pro-forma communication was the extra icing on the cupcake for me.
  It's apparently necessary to say the belated hastiness of your complaint was off the mark.
  

If you desire to have effective, even cooperative communications with other editors, it will aid you to check on your recipient's activities, and not presume edits you're not favorable to are experiments or vandalism. Those other editors may well know what they are doing. Failing that, you can count on your comments being ignored. -- Yellowdesk (talk) 04:35, 2 May 2008 (UTC)
